Using the zip or rar file
1.Download RA16DLL.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract RA16DLL.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract RA16DLL.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting RA16DLL.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract RA16DLL.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place RA16DLL.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 RA16DLL.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
