Using the zip or rar file 1.Download recall.dll 9.0.0.2416
2.Extract recall.dll 9.0.0.2416 from .zip. We recommend that you extract recall.dll 9.0.0.2416 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting recall.dll 9.0.0.2416.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract recall.dll 9.0.0.2416 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place recall.dll 9.0.0.2416 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 recall.dll 9.0.0.2416 and press Enter.
