Using the zip or rar file
1.Download REGGEM.DLL
2.Extract REGGEM.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract REGGEM.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting REGGEM.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract REGGEM.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place REGGEM.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 REGGEM.DLL and press Enter.
