Using the zip or rar file
1.Download REPCDRC.DLL 6.0.8163.0
2.Extract REPCDRC.DLL 6.0.8163.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract REPCDRC.DLL 6.0.8163.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting REPCDRC.DLL 6.0.8163.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract REPCDRC.DLL 6.0.8163.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place REPCDRC.DLL 6.0.8163.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 REPCDRC.DLL 6.0.8163.0 and press Enter.
