Using the zip or rar file
1.Download RSS.NET.dll 0.86.2272.40025
2.Extract RSS.NET.dll 0.86.2272.40025 from .zip. We recommend that you extract RSS.NET.dll 0.86.2272.40025 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting RSS.NET.dll 0.86.2272.40025.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place RSS.NET.dll 0.86.2272.40025 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
