Using the zip or rar file
1.Download RTEXT.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract RTEXT.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract RTEXT.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting RTEXT.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract RTEXT.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place RTEXT.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 RTEXT.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
