Using the zip or rar file
1.Download RbcpSpa.dll
2.Extract RbcpSpa.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract RbcpSpa.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting RbcpSpa.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract RbcpSpa.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place RbcpSpa.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 RbcpSpa.dll and press Enter.
