Using the zip or rar file 1.Download r3trndr.dll
2.Extract r3trndr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract r3trndr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting r3trndr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract r3trndr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place r3trndr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 r3trndr.dll and press Enter.
