Using the zip or rar file
1.Download raocx32.dll 4.0.20.126
2.Extract raocx32.dll 4.0.20.126 from .zip. We recommend that you extract raocx32.dll 4.0.20.126 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting raocx32.dll 4.0.20.126.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract raocx32.dll 4.0.20.126 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place raocx32.dll 4.0.20.126 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 raocx32.dll 4.0.20.126 and press Enter.
