Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rassapi.dll
2.Extract rassapi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract rassapi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rassapi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rassapi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rassapi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rassapi.dll and press Enter.
