Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rasser.dll
2.Extract rasser.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract rasser.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rasser.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rasser.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rasser.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rasser.dll and press Enter.
