Using the zip or rar file
1.Download remot049.dll
2.Extract remot049.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract remot049.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting remot049.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract remot049.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place remot049.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 remot049.dll and press Enter.
