Using the zip or rar file
1.Download res407.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract res407.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract res407.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting res407.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract res407.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place res407.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 res407.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
