Using the zip or rar file
1.Download res804.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract res804.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract res804.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting res804.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract res804.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place res804.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 res804.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
