Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rescom1280.dll
2.Extract rescom1280.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract rescom1280.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rescom1280.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rescom1280.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rescom1280.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rescom1280.dll and press Enter.
