Using the zip or rar file 1.Download riched.dll 4.0.834.839
2.Extract riched.dll 4.0.834.839 from .zip. We recommend that you extract riched.dll 4.0.834.839 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting riched.dll 4.0.834.839.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract riched.dll 4.0.834.839 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place riched.dll 4.0.834.839 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 riched.dll 4.0.834.839 and press Enter.
