Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rm.dll 9.0.0.2519
2.Extract rm.dll 9.0.0.2519 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rm.dll 9.0.0.2519 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rm.dll 9.0.0.2519.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rm.dll 9.0.0.2519 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rm.dll 9.0.0.2519 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rm.dll 9.0.0.2519 and press Enter.
