Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rmwriter.dll
2.Extract rmwriter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract rmwriter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rmwriter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rmwriter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rmwriter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rmwriter.dll and press Enter.
