Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rndsrv32.dll 4.0.0.950
2.Extract rndsrv32.dll 4.0.0.950 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rndsrv32.dll 4.0.0.950 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rndsrv32.dll 4.0.0.950.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rndsrv32.dll 4.0.0.950 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rndsrv32.dll 4.0.0.950 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rndsrv32.dll 4.0.0.950 and press Enter.
