Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rpcl3260.dll 6.0.9.519
2.Extract rpcl3260.dll 6.0.9.519 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rpcl3260.dll 6.0.9.519 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rpcl3260.dll 6.0.9.519.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rpcl3260.dll 6.0.9.519 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rpcl3260.dll 6.0.9.519 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rpcl3260.dll 6.0.9.519 and press Enter.
