Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rpcmqcl.dll 4.71.3328.0
2.Extract rpcmqcl.dll 4.71.3328.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rpcmqcl.dll 4.71.3328.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rpcmqcl.dll 4.71.3328.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rpcmqcl.dll 4.71.3328.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rpcmqcl.dll 4.71.3328.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rpcmqcl.dll 4.71.3328.0 and press Enter.
