Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rsundo.dll 1999.8.11.308
2.Extract rsundo.dll 1999.8.11.308 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rsundo.dll 1999.8.11.308 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rsundo.dll 1999.8.11.308.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rsundo.dll 1999.8.11.308 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rsundo.dll 1999.8.11.308 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rsundo.dll 1999.8.11.308 and press Enter.
