Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rtf2if.dll
2.Extract rtf2if.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract rtf2if.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rtf2if.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rtf2if.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rtf2if.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rtf2if.dll and press Enter.
