Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rtfctl32.dll 9.0.98.727
2.Extract rtfctl32.dll 9.0.98.727 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rtfctl32.dll 9.0.98.727 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rtfctl32.dll 9.0.98.727.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rtfctl32.dll 9.0.98.727 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rtfctl32.dll 9.0.98.727 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rtfctl32.dll 9.0.98.727 and press Enter.
