Using the zip or rar file
1.Download U25DTS.DLL 8.0.0.0
2.Extract U25DTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract U25DTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting U25DTS.DLL 8.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract U25DTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place U25DTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 U25DTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 and press Enter.
