Using the zip or rar file
1.Download umaxu12.dll 5.1.3505.0
2.Extract umaxu12.dll 5.1.3505.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract umaxu12.dll 5.1.3505.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting umaxu12.dll 5.1.3505.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract umaxu12.dll 5.1.3505.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place umaxu12.dll 5.1.3505.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 umaxu12.dll 5.1.3505.0 and press Enter.
