Using the zip or rar file 1.Download UCI32103.DLL 2.0.0.3
2.Extract UCI32103.DLL 2.0.0.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract UCI32103.DLL 2.0.0.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting UCI32103.DLL 2.0.0.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract UCI32103.DLL 2.0.0.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place UCI32103.DLL 2.0.0.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 UCI32103.DLL 2.0.0.3 and press Enter.
