Using the zip or rar file 1.Download UI43Api.dll 3,0,2,1
2.Extract UI43Api.dll 3,0,2,1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract UI43Api.dll 3,0,2,1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting UI43Api.dll 3,0,2,1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract UI43Api.dll 3,0,2,1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place UI43Api.dll 3,0,2,1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 UI43Api.dll 3,0,2,1 and press Enter.
