Using the zip or rar file 1.Download UMLVC60R.DLL
2.Extract UMLVC60R.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract UMLVC60R.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting UMLVC60R.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract UMLVC60R.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place UMLVC60R.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 UMLVC60R.DLL and press Enter.
