Using the zip or rar file
1.Download UV22 HR.dll
2.Extract UV22 HR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract UV22 HR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting UV22 HR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract UV22 HR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place UV22 HR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 UV22 HR.dll and press Enter.
