Using the zip or rar file
1.Download UXFCR.DLL
2.Extract UXFCR.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract UXFCR.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting UXFCR.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract UXFCR.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place UXFCR.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 UXFCR.DLL and press Enter.
