Using the zip or rar file
1.Download UnmanagedResources.dll
2.Extract UnmanagedResources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract UnmanagedResources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting UnmanagedResources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract UnmanagedResources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place UnmanagedResources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 UnmanagedResources.dll and press Enter.
