Using the zip or rar file
1.Download u2dapp.dll 8.0.0.0
2.Extract u2dapp.dll 8.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract u2dapp.dll 8.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting u2dapp.dll 8.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract u2dapp.dll 8.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place u2dapp.dll 8.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 u2dapp.dll 8.0.0.0 and press Enter.
