Using the zip or rar file
1.Download u32aps.dll
2.Extract u32aps.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract u32aps.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting u32aps.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract u32aps.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place u32aps.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 u32aps.dll and press Enter.
