Using the zip or rar file
1.Download u3520de.dll 8.0.0.0
2.Extract u3520de.dll 8.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract u3520de.dll 8.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting u3520de.dll 8.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract u3520de.dll 8.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place u3520de.dll 8.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 u3520de.dll 8.0.0.0 and press Enter.
