Using the zip or rar file
1.Download uapl100ARPInfo.dll
2.Extract uapl100ARPInfo.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract uapl100ARPInfo.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting uapl100ARPInfo.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract uapl100ARPInfo.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place uapl100ARPInfo.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 uapl100ARPInfo.dll and press Enter.
