Using the zip or rar file
1.Download uaqp11en.dll
2.Extract uaqp11en.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract uaqp11en.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting uaqp11en.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract uaqp11en.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place uaqp11en.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 uaqp11en.dll and press Enter.
