Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ucpchelp1.dll 7.0.0.8731
2.Extract ucpchelp1.dll 7.0.0.8731 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ucpchelp1.dll 7.0.0.8731 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ucpchelp1.dll 7.0.0.8731.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ucpchelp1.dll 7.0.0.8731 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ucpchelp1.dll 7.0.0.8731 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ucpchelp1.dll 7.0.0.8731 and press Enter.
