Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ueres.dll 11.00b
2.Extract ueres.dll 11.00b from .zip. We recommend that you extract ueres.dll 11.00b to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ueres.dll 11.00b.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ueres.dll 11.00b to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ueres.dll 11.00b in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ueres.dll 11.00b and press Enter.
