Using the zip or rar file
1.Download uipares.dll
2.Extract uipares.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract uipares.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting uipares.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract uipares.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place uipares.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 uipares.dll and press Enter.
