Using the zip or rar file
1.Download uitabvcph.dll
2.Extract uitabvcph.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract uitabvcph.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting uitabvcph.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract uitabvcph.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place uitabvcph.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 uitabvcph.dll and press Enter.
