Using the zip or rar file 1.Download um54scan.dll 1.0.0.8
2.Extract um54scan.dll 1.0.0.8 from .zip. We recommend that you extract um54scan.dll 1.0.0.8 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting um54scan.dll 1.0.0.8.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract um54scan.dll 1.0.0.8 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place um54scan.dll 1.0.0.8 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 um54scan.dll 1.0.0.8 and press Enter.
