Using the zip or rar file
1.Download umaxu22.dll 5.1.3505.0
2.Extract umaxu22.dll 5.1.3505.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract umaxu22.dll 5.1.3505.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting umaxu22.dll 5.1.3505.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract umaxu22.dll 5.1.3505.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place umaxu22.dll 5.1.3505.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 umaxu22.dll 5.1.3505.0 and press Enter.
