Using the zip or rar file
1.Download undomanager.dll 10.2.0.1093
2.Extract undomanager.dll 10.2.0.1093 from .zip. We recommend that you extract undomanager.dll 10.2.0.1093 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting undomanager.dll 10.2.0.1093.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract undomanager.dll 10.2.0.1093 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place undomanager.dll 10.2.0.1093 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 undomanager.dll 10.2.0.1093 and press Enter.
