Using the zip or rar file
1.Download uninstub.dll 9.0.98.727
2.Extract uninstub.dll 9.0.98.727 from .zip. We recommend that you extract uninstub.dll 9.0.98.727 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting uninstub.dll 9.0.98.727.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract uninstub.dll 9.0.98.727 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place uninstub.dll 9.0.98.727 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 uninstub.dll 9.0.98.727 and press Enter.
