Using the zip or rar file 1.Download upgr3260.dll 6.0.9.421
2.Extract upgr3260.dll 6.0.9.421 from .zip. We recommend that you extract upgr3260.dll 6.0.9.421 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting upgr3260.dll 6.0.9.421.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract upgr3260.dll 6.0.9.421 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place upgr3260.dll 6.0.9.421 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 upgr3260.dll 6.0.9.421 and press Enter.
