Using the zip or rar file 1.Download upgres.dll
2.Extract upgres.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract upgres.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting upgres.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract upgres.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place upgres.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 upgres.dll and press Enter.
