Using the zip or rar file 1.Download urlpkr.dll 6.0.0.8392
2.Extract urlpkr.dll 6.0.0.8392 from .zip. We recommend that you extract urlpkr.dll 6.0.0.8392 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting urlpkr.dll 6.0.0.8392.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract urlpkr.dll 6.0.0.8392 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place urlpkr.dll 6.0.0.8392 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 urlpkr.dll 6.0.0.8392 and press Enter.
