Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ut.dll 10.0.2011.0316
2.Extract ut.dll 10.0.2011.0316 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ut.dll 10.0.2011.0316 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ut.dll 10.0.2011.0316.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ut.dll 10.0.2011.0316 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ut.dll 10.0.2011.0316 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ut.dll 10.0.2011.0316 and press Enter.
