Using the zip or rar file
1.Download utopia32.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract utopia32.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract utopia32.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting utopia32.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract utopia32.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place utopia32.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 utopia32.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
